M-Pesa, PayPal or Card? Choosing Online Payments for Your Website
August 25, 2026Most business blogs start with enthusiasm and stop within three months. The fix isn’t more motivation. It’s a plan small enough to keep.
Step 1: List the questions customers already ask
Look at your WhatsApp chats, emails and sales calls from the past month. Every repeated question is a blog post. “How long does it take?”, “What do I need to prepare?” and “How much does it cost?” are all worth answering in public.
Step 2: Commit to two posts a month
That’s twenty-four useful articles a year. Pick two fixed publishing days, for example the first and third Tuesday, and treat them like any other appointment.
Step 3: Plan a quarter at a time
Once every three months, choose six topics and put them in a simple spreadsheet with a title, the question it answers, the service it links to and a publishing date.
Step 4: Write short and useful
Five hundred clear words that fully answer one question beat two thousand words that wander. End each post by pointing readers to the page or service that helps them next.
Step 5: Reuse everything
Each post can become a LinkedIn update, a WhatsApp status and a short answer you send to customers who ask the same question.
If writing still isn’t going to happen, our content management plans take the calendar, writing and publishing off your hands.
